About

Film lover of 40+ years and a collector for most of them, I run the Videotrove store on a part time basis right now, working evenings & weekends but I post orders every day, Mon-Fri.

Now importing weekly from the USA and will soon be carrying stock from some of my favourite UK labels, so feel free to bookmark the site or follow along on Facebook to stay in the loop (I will start posting daily there, soon).

If you have a collection to sell (big or tiny) please bare us in mind – I’ll pay you considerably more than the usual suspects like CEX and Music Magpie, and I’m always up for a deal, just drop me a message.

Checkout the Videotrove Ebay page if you have any concerns over service and delivery.

Thanks for stopping by. Any questions? See the FAQs below, or you can contact me here.

I aim to send all orders out within 2 days but this may take longer on orders placed over the weekend.

Orders are sent either via Royal Mail or Yodel, depending on size/weight.

All of our items will state either New or Used next to the product title.

New means the item is still factory sealed and never opened. Used titles are listed as either Excellent or Good.

Excellent means just that, it’s in excellent condition. Many of of those listed as excellent are from my own collection and will have been watched only once or twice. They’ll be in almost new condition.

Good condition means it’s been used but is good condition. May have minor damage to jewel case or item cover, including scuffs, cracks, or scratches.

If it does this will be added to the product title. And if the product photo shows a slipcover then that’s what you’ll receive.

All 4K, Blu-ray & DVD titles are clearly labelled with which region code they belong to. Please check your own machine for compatibility.

Note that 4K discs are generally region free so will play on all machines but if they include a Blu-ray with another version of the film, or extras, then these maybe region locked and will be labelled as such.

Although you should normally get your order much sooner (see delivery info) please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If your order fails to arrive, I’ll either provide a replacement if possible, or a refund if not.

If your order arrives with damage, please contact me ASAP with photographs of the damaged items and the packaging. If possible, as above, I’ll provide a replacement but if that’s not possible then I’ll work towards a resolution with you. All additional costs associated with damaged items will be covered by us.
